PRICING & PAYMENTPrices for prints are shown and processed in New Zealand dollars and we reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. Online credit card transactions are processed through a secure portal. We do not store your credit card details.
PRINT REPRESENTATIONWe try to accurately represent the colour, images and descriptions of all prints. However, please keep in mind that colours may display differently on different computer screens.
RETURNS POLICYPlease choose your print carefully as sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind.
We take every care to ensure your print arrives safely. However, if your print has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the print by email for assistance. Please keep all original packaging and the print, as we may require photos or the return of the print to process your damage claim.
PRIVACYIf you subscribe to Caz Novakβs mailing list, you will receive email updates about artworks and studio news. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, there is an unsubscribe link on each newsletter or you can unsubscribe by contacting us. We use MailChimp, a reputable email marketing platform, to store your email details and send our newsletters.
The personal information collected through this site is used to process your print order and stay in touch with you if you have subscribed to our mailing list. We will not distribute your information to any third parties, apart from those directly involved in the processing and delivering your print order (please note: we do supply your address and email to courier companies to deliver your order and to provide you with email notifications for tracking purposes).
